PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle relay inspection device which can extract a failure position in a relatively short time and recover a railway vehicle quickly in a case of finding a failure in railway vehicle running.SOLUTION: A relay inspection device comprises a first interface (15) which connects electrically to control devices (110, 120) which implements power running and brake running of a railway vehicle and implements signal input and output, a second interface (14) which connects electrically to a non-contact device (125) for exchanging operation of power running and brake running and implements signal input and output, a signal generation part (12, 13) which, in a case that the railway vehicle runs, generates virtually a signal to be input to the control device and a relay according to the running situation and outputs the signal to the control device and the relay, and a detection part (16) which detects the signal transferred between the control device and the non-contact device through the first interface and the second interface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】鉄道車両の走行の不具合が見つかった場合に、比較的に短い時間で故障箇所を抽出し、鉄道車両を速やかに復旧することができる鉄道車両の継電器試験装置を提供する。【解決手段】この継電器試験装置は、鉄道車両の力行制御および制動制御を行う制御装置(110、120)に電気的に接続して信号の入出力を行う第1インターフェース(15)と、力行制御および制動制御の動作を切り替えるための無接点装置(125)に電気的に接続して信号の入出力を行う第2インターフェース(14)と、鉄道車両が走行した場合に走行状態に応じて制御装置および継電装置に入力される信号を仮想的に生成して、制御装置および継電装置へ出力する信号生成部(12、13)と、第1インターフェースと第2インターフェースとを介して制御装置と無接点装置との間で転送される信号を検出する検出部(16)とを備えている。【選択図】図1
