PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device for a hybrid railway vehicle, enabling easily charging a storage battery of the hybrid railway vehicle from outside a system.SOLUTION: A charge control device (1) controls to charge a hybrid railway vehicle 100 which includes an engine (101), a generator (102), a converter (103), storage batteries (110, 111), an electric motor (105) and an inverter (106), and in which the storage batteries (110, 111) are connected to a node point P0 in the middle of the converter and the inverter, through a power line and contactors LB5, LB6. The charge control device (1) includes: a charge cable 3 which is electrically connected to the node point P0; a current output unit which outputs a charge current to the charge cable; a low-voltage cable 4 which is connected to the wiring of the contactors (LB5, LB6) of the vehicle; and a control unit (17) which, at the output of a charge current, outputs a control signal to the contactors through the low-voltage cable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】ハイブリッド鉄道車両の蓄電池の充電をシステム外から容易に行うことのできるハイブリッド鉄道車両用の充電制御装置を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】エンジン(101)、発電機(102)、コンバータ(103)、蓄電池(110,111)、電動機(105)、および、インバータ(106)を備え、蓄電池(110,111)が電力線と接触器LB5,LB6とを介して、コンバータとインバータとの中間の結節点P0に電気的に接続されているハイブリッド鉄道車両100への充電の制御を行う充電制御装置(1)である。この充電制御装置(1)は、結節点P0に電気的に接続される充電ケーブル3と、充電ケーブルへ充電電流を出力する電流出力部と、車両の接触器(LB5、LB6)の配線に接続される低圧用ケーブル4と、充電電流を出力させる際、低圧用ケーブルを介して接触器へ制御信号を出力する制御部(17)とを備えている。【選択図】図1
