PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body structure or the like which can suppress increase of a sea water temperature.SOLUTION: A floating body structure comprising: a barge 15 which is so provided as to be floated on sea; a water-intake port 16 which is provided on a side face or a bottom face of the barge 15 at a bottom of the barge 15, and takes in sea water used for cooling; and a water discharge port 17 which is provided on a face different from the water-intake port 16 of the barge 15, and discharges sea water after use. The water discharge port 17 is provided on a side upper than the water-intake port 16 and a side lower than a water line L of the barge 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
