PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations in collision detection accuracy which are caused by change of hardness of an absorber.SOLUTION: A front bumper 10 includes a bumper cover 12, an absorber 30 provided on the vehicle rear side of the bumper cover, a bumper RF 20 provided on the vehicle rear side of the absorber, and a pressure tube 52 provided between the absorber 30 and the bumper RF 20. The pressure tube 52 is compressed to be deformed between the absorber 30 and the bumper RF 20 before the absorber 30 and the bumper RF 20, which face each other in a vehicle fore and aft direction, contact with each other during a collision.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
