PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication dishonest establishment prevention system capable of detecting dishonest communication, by a method other than a method for detecting presence/absence of vibration by providing a motion sensor on an electronic key.SOLUTION: An electronic key 2 measures reception signal intensity when an LF wave Slf which is sent from a vehicle 1 is received at an intensity measurement part 25. The vehicle 1 comprises a radar 22, a distance measurement part 26 senses the surrounding of the vehicle by the radar 22, thereby detecting an object (human body) moving in the vicinity of the vehicle. A communication correctness determination part 27 compares correlation between the reception signal intensity of the LF wave Slf and the distance Lx measured by the radar 22, if the correlation is high, communication of ID checking is determined as right, if the correlation is low, communication is determined as unfair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電子キーにモーションセンサを設けて振動の有無を検出する以外の方法で、不正通信を検出することができる通信不正成立防止システムを提供する。【解決手段】電子キー2は、車両1から送信されたLF電波Slfを受信したときの受信信号強度を強度測定部25で測定する。車両1は、レーダ22を備え、距離測定部26は、レーダ22によって車両周囲をセンシングすることにより、車両付近を動く物体(人体)を検出する。通信正否判定部27は、LF電波Slfの受信信号強度と、レーダ22により測定された距離Lxとの相関を比較し、これら相関が高いときには、ID照合の通信を正当と判定し、逆に相関が低いときには、通信を不当とする。【選択図】図1
