PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of energy consumption of a vehicle to be presented to a user by considering the user and characteristics of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle energy consumption presentation device 7 includes: a user specification unit 21 that specifies a user and a user vehicle registered by the user; a retrieval object selection unit 23 that acquires characteristic information representing characteristics of the user and the user vehicle from a probe data to select the user and the vehicle having characteristics similar to the characteristic information as a retrieval object; an energy consumption retrieval unit 25 that retrieves probe data of the user and the vehicle having selected as the retrieval object to acquire energy consumption in the case of traveling from a departure point to a point of arrival; and an information presentation unit 27 that presents the user with information including acquired energy consumption.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
