PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic controller capable of easily performing a withdrawal driving at the occurrence of an abnormality.SOLUTION: A first monitor control circuit part 130A monitors the control action of an ECU and when an abnormality occurrence frequency is a prescribed threshold or more, a first storage circuit 134a stores this, so that an intake valve opening control motor 106 of an intake throttle is de-energized by a first cutoff circuit 133a so as to have a fixed intake valve opening; second monitor control means 230A monitors the control action of a TCU and when an abnormality occurrence frequency is a prescribed threshold or more, a second storage circuit 234a stores this, so that an electromagnetic valve for gear changing 206 is de-energized by a second cutoff circuit 233a so as to have a fixed change gear ratio; when the ECU is abnormal and the TCU is normal, the change gear ratio variable with the fixed intake valve opening; when the ECU is normal and the TCU is abnormal, the fixed change gear ratio with the variable intake valve opening; and when both are abnormal, the fixed change gear ratio retreat operation is performed with the fixed intake valve opening.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】異常発生時における退避運転が容易に行える車載電子制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】第1監視制御回路部130Aは、ECUの制御動作を監視して、異常発生頻度が所定閾値以上になると第1記憶回路134aがこれを記憶して、第1遮断回路133aによって吸気スロットルの吸気弁開度制御用モータ106を消勢して固定吸気弁開度とし、第2監視制御手段230Aは、TCUの制御動作を監視して、異常発生頻度が所定閾値以上になると第2記憶回路234aがこれを記憶して、第2遮断回路233aによって変速用電磁弁206を消勢して固定変速比とし、ECUが異常でTCUが正常のときは、固定吸気弁開度で変速比可変、ECUが正常でTCUが異常のときは、可変吸気弁開度で固定変速比、両者が異常のときは固定吸気弁開度で固定変速比の退避運転を行う。【選択図】図1
