PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater elevator for solving the problems of manufacturing a mechanism device capable of going up on a deck such as a pool side or a ship by lifting one man to an upper part while securing constant weight and safety by an apparatus device installed in a pool and the ship from underwater (the pool, a sea and a lake), and of structural design due to causing manufactural restriction on a power source or the like in a driving mechanism part since the apparatus device is installed underwater.SOLUTION: The present invention is formed in a structure for not contacting particularly a motor with water without using a member weak against the water, or is formed as mechanism design of not using an electric part in an underwater part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
