PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise due to wing tip vortex of a wing of a flap or the like.SOLUTION: A flap 3 of an aircraft comprises: a flap body 8 which is so provided as to be capable of being extended with respect to a main wing; a vortex generation part having a projection 5 which is so provided as to be projected on a top face 301 at an end 40 of at least an outer broadside OTB in a span direction D2 of the flap body 8 and has a specified angle with respect to an axial direction D1 of the aircraft. A rear end 52 of the projection 5 is positioned on a side proximate to a side end edge 301A at the end 40 of the flap body 8 in the span direction D2 with respect to a virtual line VL which passes a front end 51 of the projection 5 and is parallel to the axial direction D1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
