PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove an overflow.SOLUTION: After a pneumatic fender 10 is vulcanization-molded, an overflow 2 cylindrically projects out along the whole circumference of an outer periphery of an outer ring plate portion 1602. An overflow removing jig 20 is attached to a mouth piece 14 of the pneumatic fender 10 after vulcanization-molding. A rotary arm 26 is rotated about a support shaft 22 through a handle 32, and a blade portion 3006 is rotated along the whole circumference in a circumference direction while being stuck on an outer peripheral surface of the overflow 2. While the blade portion 3006 is brought close to the support shaft 22, the blade portion 3006 is rotated along an outer periphery of the overflow 2, thereby gradually cutting off the over flow 2 from the outer peripheral surface toward an inner peripheral surface. Consequently, the overflow 2 projected out from a periphery of the outer ring plate portion 1602 is completely removed from a surface of a mirror portion 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】オーバーフローの除去を効率よく行なう。【解決手段】空気式防舷材10の加硫成形後、オーバーフロー2は、外環板部1602の外周全周に沿って円筒状に突出している。加硫成形後の空気式防舷材10の口金14にオーバーフロー取り除き治具20を取り付ける。ハンドル32を介して回転アーム26を支軸22回りに回転移動させ、刃部3006をオーバーフロー2の外周面に突き刺した状態で周方向の全周に沿って回転移動させる。刃部3006を支軸22に近づけつつ、刃部3006がオーバーフロー2の外周に沿って回転移動することにより、オーバーフロー2が外周面から内周面に向かって徐々に切断され、外環板部1602の周囲から突出するオーバーフロー2が鏡部12の表面から完全に除去される。【選択図】図2
