PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector shoe and a current collector capable of reducing erosion of a shoe body.SOLUTION: A collector shoe (8) comprises: a shoe body (11); a slider (13) disposed on a top face of the shoe body; conductive members (15, 16) disposed on front and rear side faces (19, 21) of the shoe body. The conductive members preferably cover at least upper end parts of the respective side faces. The conductive members preferably cover at least a half of the whole range of the respective side faces in a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
