PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect occurrence of a temperature anomaly at a monitoring object region of a mobile body composed by one or more vehicles such as a rail travelling vehicle.SOLUTION: A temperature anomaly detection system is constituted by: a divergence temperature value calculation unit 16 for calculating a divergence temperature value in which a temperature value of a monitoring object region included in a mobile body including detected vehicle composition is a value deviating from a reference value; a specific composition evaluation value extraction unit 17 for extracting a specific composition evaluation value from the calculated divergence temperature value; a whole composition moving average calculation unit 18 for calculating a whole composition moving average which is a moving average of the temperature values in all composition detection mobile bodies based on the calculated divergence temperature values; a moving average standard deviation calculation unit 19 for calculating a moving average standard deviation which is a standard deviation of the moving average based on the whole composition moving average; and a temperature anomaly detection unit 21 for determining that a temperature anomaly occurs at the monitoring object region when the specific composition evaluation value is larger than an anomaly threshold value by comparing the specific composition evaluation value with the anomaly threshold value obtained by multiplying the moving average standard deviation and a preset specified scale factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】軌道走行車両などの一つ以上の車両から編成される移動体の監視対象部位に温度異常が発生していることを精度良く検出する。【解決手段】車両編成が検出された移動体に含まれる監視対象部位の温度値が参照温度から乖離する値である乖離温度値を計算する乖離温度値計算部16、特定編成評価値を計算された乖離温度値から抽出する特定編成評価値抽出部17、計算された乖離温度値に基づき、すべての編成検出移動体における温度値の移動平均である全編成移動平均を計算する全編成移動平均計算部18、全編成移動平均に基づき移動平均の標準偏差である移動平均標準偏差を計算する移動平均標準偏差計算部19、特定編成評価値と移動平均標準偏差に予め設定された規定倍率を乗じた異常閾値とを比較し、特定編成評価値が異常閾値よりも大きい場合に監視対象部位に温度異常が発生していると判定する温度以上検出部21より構成される。【選択図】図1
