PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular window glass lifting device and a vehicle capable of improving convenience, while securing safety.SOLUTION: A vehicular window glass lifting device comprises: a driving mechanism 4 for moving window glass 3; a control part 5 for controlling the driving mechanism 4; and a camera 7 for imaging a detection line 6 provided along the outer edge of the window glass 3 in a state where a door 2 and the window glass 3 are closed. The control part 5 comprises: a detection part 51 for detecting a blocked state where the detection line 6 is blocked by foreign matter; and a pinching prevention part 52 for making the driving mechanism 4 execute operation for preventing pinching by the window glass 3 when detecting the blocked state. In a detection surface 9 in which positions becoming the blocked state when the foreign matter is disposed are continued, a predetermined length area from an upper edge to a lower part is set to a safety securing area 91, and a rear and lower area is set to a convenience improvement area 92, and a distance between the detection surface 9 in the convenience improvement area 92 and the window glass 3 is equal to or shorter than a distance between the detection surface 9 in the safety securing area 91 and te window glass 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】安全性を確保しつつも利便性を向上することが可能な車両用窓ガラス昇降装置及び車両を提供する。【解決手段】窓ガラス3を移動させる駆動機構4と、駆動機構4を制御する制御部5と、ドア2及び窓ガラス3が閉じた状態で窓ガラス3の外縁に沿って設けられた検出ライン6を撮像するカメラ7とを備え、制御部5は、検出ライン6が異物により遮蔽された遮蔽状態を検出する検出部51と、遮蔽状態が検出されたとき窓ガラス3による挟み込みを防止する動作を駆動機構4に行わせる挟み込み防止部52とを有し、異物が配置されたとき遮蔽状態となる位置を連続させた検出面9のうち上縁から下方に所定長さの領域が安全性確保領域91に、後方かつ下方の領域が利便性向上領域92に設定され、利便性向上領域92における検出面9と窓ガラス3の距離が、安全性確保領域91における検出面9と窓ガラス3の距離以下である。【選択図】図5
