PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fusion determination in short time at the time of stop of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A relay fusion determination device includes: a detection circuit 120 including a coupling capacitor 102 connected to a battery 10, a detection resistor 101 of which one end is connected to the coupling capacitor 102 and the other end is input with a pulse voltage and a voltage sensor 103 detecting a voltage between both ends of the detection resistor 101; and a control section 110 including a pulse oscillator 113 outputting the pulse voltage input to the detection resistor 101 and being input with a detection voltage detected by the voltage sensor 103. The control section 110 determines system main relays 14 and 15 to be fused in the case where a peak value Vd of the detection voltage detected by the voltage sensor 103 exceeds a first threshold value Vth1 or is less than a second threshold value Vth2 smaller than the first threshold value Vth1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】電動車両の停止時において短時間で溶着判定を行う。【解決手段】バッテリ10に接続されるカップリングコンデンサ102と、一端がカップリングコンデンサ102に接続され他端にパルス電圧が入力される検出抵抗101と、検出抵抗101の両端の電圧を検出する電圧センサ103と、を含む検出回路120と、検出抵抗101に入力するパルス電圧を出力するパルス発振器113を含み、電圧センサ103で検出した検出電圧が入力される制御部110と、を有し、制御部110は、電圧センサ103で検出した検出電圧の波高値Vdが第1閾値Vth1を超えるか、第1閾値Vth1よりも小さい第2閾値Vth2未満の場合にシステムメインリレー14,15が溶着していると判定する。【選択図】図1
