PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of detecting accurately train speed and an installation height of a sensor by utilizing the Doppler radar type sensor.SOLUTION: A train 1 includes a vehicle control part 40, a Doppler radar type sensor 20, and a sensor detection part 10. The Doppler radar type sensor 20 is installed on a bottom surface 2 of the train 1 at a prescribed tilt angle θ with respect to a track bed 90. A search execution part 31 of a search part 30 calculates train speed RV of the train 1 and an installation altitude h of the Doppler radar type sensor 20, based on speed information V and a distance component RH detected by the Doppler radar type sensor 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
