PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear wheel steering device in which various output characteristics can be set by a minimum change of components and whose cost can be reduced.SOLUTION: A rear wheel steering device of a vehicle comprises: an electric motor 20; speed reduction mechanisms (30, 40) connected to the output shaft 21 of the electric motor; and a direct-acting mechanism 50 having a nut member 51 and a rod 52 connected to the speed reduction mechanisms and converting rotational motion of the nut member into rectilinear motion of the rod. Each of the speed reduction mechanisms comprises: a drive pulley 31 connected to the output shaft of the electric motor; a driven pulley 32 connected to the nut member and supported by a housing 10 so as to be rotatable around the axis of the rod; a belt 33 stretched between the drive pulley and the driven pulley; and a planetary gear mechanism 40 which has a columnar pin 44 rotatably supporting a planetary gear 43 and fixed to the nut member, and in which a partition wall part 41s for separating the driven pulley from the planetary gear and stopping axial movement of the planetary gear by a prescribed distance or greater, is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】最小限の部品変更によって種々の出力特性を設定し得ると共に、低コスト化を可能とする後輪操舵装置を提供。【解決手段】電動モータ20と、その出力軸21に連結される減速機構(30、40)と、これに連結されるナット部材51及びロッド52を有し、ナット部材の回転運動をロッドの直線運動に変換する直動機構50とを備える。上記の減速機構は、上記出力軸に連結される駆動プーリ31と、ナット部材に連結しロッドの軸を中心に回転可能にハウジング10に支持される被駆動プーリ32と、これらに張設されるベルト33と、プラネタリギヤ43を回転可能に支持しナット部材に固定される円柱状のピン44を有し、被駆動プーリとプラネタリギヤとを分離すると共に、プラネタリギヤの所定距離以上の軸方向移動を阻止する隔壁部41sが形成された遊星歯車機構40を備える。【選択図】図1
