PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily regulate the rotary movement of an inside inclined wall.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a toe correct bush 10 equipped with an outer cylinder 11, an inner cylinder 12, and a rubber member 13. An outside inclined wall 14 is protrusively provided at one end portion in an axial direction of the outer cylinder 11, and an inside inclined wall 15 oppositely extending in parallel with the outside inclined wall 14 is protrusively provided at one end portion in the axial direction of the inner cylinder 12. The rubber member 13 is provided so as to integrally fill a space between the outside inclined wall 14 and the inside inclined wall 15 and a cylindrical space 10a. The inside inclined wall 15 is formed in a fan shape disposed coaxially with the inner cylinder 12 in a front view when viewed from the axial direction of the inner cylinder 12, and at both peripheral end portions of the inside inclined wall 15, a pair of side walls covering the inner cylinder 12 from both outsides in the diametrical direction is continuously provided. While the outer cylinder 11, the outside inclined wall 14, the inner cylinder 12, the inside inclined wall 15, and the pair of side walls are disposed in a cavity, when unvulcanized rubber is injected, the pair of side walls is individually pressed by the outer side in the diametrical direction of the inner cylinder 12 to be fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】内側傾斜壁の回転移動を容易に規制する。【解決手段】外筒11と内筒12とゴム部材13とが備えられ、外筒11の軸方向における一端部に、外側傾斜壁14が突設され、内筒12の軸方向における一端部に、外側傾斜壁14と対向して平行に延在する内側傾斜壁15が突設されて、ゴム部材13が、外側傾斜壁14と内側傾斜壁15との間および筒状空間10aを一体に満たすように設けられ、内側傾斜壁15は、内筒12の軸方向から見た正面視で、内筒12と同軸に配置された扇形形状に形成され、内側傾斜壁15の両周端部に、内筒12を径方向の両外側から覆う一対の側壁が連設されてなるトーコレクトブッシュ10の製造方法であって、キャビティ内に、外筒11および外側傾斜壁14と、内筒12、内側傾斜壁15および一対の側壁と、を配置した状態で、未加硫ゴムを射出するに際し、一対の側壁を内筒12の径方向外方から各別に押さえて固定しておく。【選択図】図5
