PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a failure of a switch provided on a vehicular power supply device.SOLUTION: A vehicular power supply device comprises: an opening/closing switch SW1 which is switched between a conduction state in which a motor generator 16 and a lithium-ion battery 27 are connected to each other and a cut-off state in which the motor generator and the battery are separated from each other; an opening/closing switch SW2 which is switched between a conduction state in which the motor generator 16 and a lead-acid battery 28 are connected to each other and a cut-off state in which the motor generator and the battery are separated from each other; a node 32 which connects a first power supply line 29 connected to a positive electrode terminal of the lithium-ion battery 27, a second power supply line 30 connected to a positive electrode terminal of the lead-acid battery 28, and a charging line 31 connected to an output terminal of the motor generator 16 to each other; and a failure determination part 53b which executes failure determination processing for determining a failure of at least one of the opening/closing switch SW1 and the opening/closing switch SW2 on the basis of a control signal of the opening/closing switch SW1, a control signal of the opening/closing switch SW2, an electric current of the first power supply line 29 and an electric potential of the first power supply line 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
