PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a deformation mode of a vehicle body in a front pillar having a step.SOLUTION: A front pillar reinforcement structure 1 includes a patch member 10 which is joined to a surface of a front pillar inner panel 122, which is positioned at the inner wall side of a vehicle and located adjacent to a dash panel, while following a step of a front pillar 120 in which the step formed by an inclined surface 121b is formed. The patch member 10 has a height H which corresponds to a height of a front upper member 130 joined to the front pillar 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
