PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for further increasing a strength of an aircraft structure made of a composite material.SOLUTION: An aircraft structure has composite material layers 2A to 2E and a non-woven cloth 8. The non-woven cloth is locally inserted at a position where loads on the composite material layers concentrate. Further, the aircraft structure has: a first composite material part 2B, second composite material parts 2C, 2D and a non-woven cloth 8 inserted between the first composite material part and the second composite material part. The first composite material part corresponds to plural laminated first pre-pregs. The second composite material part corresponds plural laminated second pre-pregs. The second composite material part is integrated to the first composite material part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】複合材の航空機構造体の強度を一層向上させる方法を提供する。【解決手段】航空機構造体は、複合材層2A〜2E及び不織布8を有する。不織布は、前記複合材層の荷重が集中する位置に局所的に挿入される。また、航空機構造体は、第1の複合材部2B、第2の複合材部2C,2D及び前記第1の複合材部と前記第2の複合材部との間に挿入された不織布8を有する。第1の複合材部は、積層された第1の複数のプリプレグに対応する。第2の複合材部は、積層された第2の複数のプリプレグに対応する。第2の複合材部は、前記第1の複合材部と一体化される。【選択図】図1
