PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation member 30 which inhibits occurrence of dew condensation on its surface even if an environment of a space partitioned by the heat insulation member 30 is rapidly changed from a high temperature/high humidity environment to a low temperature environment.SOLUTION: A heat insulation member 30 has a dew condensation prevention function. The heat insulation member 30 includes: a heat insulation base material 31 formed by a foam material; and a fiber sheet material 32 which contains incombustible fiber and covers a surface of the heat insulation base material 31. Irregularities are formed by fiber on a surface 32a of the fiber sheet material 32 which forms a surface of the heat insulation member 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
