PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a vehicle body member which can suppress occurrence of defects of a groove without affected by vehicle body structure requirements.SOLUTION: There is provided a joining structure of a vehicle body member which includes a flange portion 2a of a rear wheel house 2, and a joining surface portion 1a of a rear floor panel 1, where the flange portion 2a and the joining surface portion 1a are joined to each other by spot welding through a thermosetting adhesive material 3, and an outer periphery thereof is covered with an electrodeposition film 5. The adhesive material 3 is an epoxy resin adhesive material which can be cured at 130°C for 5 minutes. A minimum value of a complex viscosity in a temperature range of 20-170°C in a dynamic viscoelasticity measurement at 0.1% distortion, a frequency of 1 Hz and a rate of temperature rise of 5°C/min is set at 200 Pa s or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】車体構造要件の影響を受けることなく、溝欠陥発生の抑制を図ることができる車体部材の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】リヤホイールハウス2のフランジ部2aと、リヤフロアパネル1の接合面部1aとを備え、フランジ部2aと接合面部1aが熱硬化型接着材3を介してスポット溶接にて接合されると共にそれらの外周を電着塗膜5によって被覆された車体部材の接合構造において、接着材3が、130℃において5分間で硬化可能なエポキシ樹脂系接着材であって、歪0.1%、周波数1Hz、昇温速度5℃/minの動的粘弾性測定における温度範囲20〜170℃の複素粘度の最低値が200Pa・s以下に設定されている。【選択図】 図1
