PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional battery pack exchange method that cannot avoid a defect caused by the voltage difference between battery packs.SOLUTION: A battery pack exchange method of a battery system incorporates a novel battery pack (S1, S2), adjusts the voltage of a non-exchange battery string so that the difference between the voltage of the non-exchange battery string and the voltage of an exchange target battery string is equal to or less than a preset permissible voltage difference (S3 to S7), switches a sub-relay of a battery pack contained in the exchange target battery string to a connection state in response to an even that the difference between the voltage of the non-exchange battery string and the voltage of the exchange target battery string is equal to or less than the permissible voltage difference (S9), and switches a main relay of the battery pack contained in the exchange target battery string to a connection state in response to an even that the difference between the non-exchange battery string and the voltage of the exchange target battery string is substantially equal to the same voltage (S10, S11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】従来の電池パック交換方法では、電池パック間の電圧差に起因する不具合を回避できない問題があった。【解決手段】本発明の電池システムの電池パック交換方法は、新規電池パックを組み込み(S1、S2)、非交換電池ストリングの電圧と、交換対象電池ストリングの電圧と、の差が予め設定した許容電圧差以下となるように非交換電池ストリングの電圧を調整し(S3〜S7)と、非交換電池ストリングの電圧と、交換対象電池ストリングの電圧と、の差が許容電圧差以下となったことに応じて、交換対象電池ストリングに含まれる電池パックのサブリレーを接続状態に切り替え(S9)と、非交換電池ストリングの電圧と、交換対象電池ストリングの電圧と、の差が実質的に同電圧となったことに応じて交換対象電池ストリングに含まれる電池パックのメインリレーを接続状態に切り替える(S10、S11)。【選択図】図2
