PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress inflow of a liquid to an air intake duct and reduce failure of a cooling blower due to the liquid.SOLUTION: A cooling unit of a vehicular battery pack comprises: an air intake duct having an intake port 61 opening upward at an upper position from a cooling blower; and a cover member 65 arranged above the air intake port 61. The cover member 65 includes: a top plate 65a which is separated upward from an end face H of the air intake port 61, and covers the air intake port 61; and a side plate 65b which is separated from a side face of the air intake port 61, and extends from a side edge of the top plate 65a downward from the end face H of the air intake port 61. An air intake passage of the air intake duct is formed in a labyrinth structure in which the periphery of the air intake port 61 is covered with the top plate 65a and the side plate 65b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
