PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure that firmly joins mutually different members, can prevent corrosion, and has high rigidity without complicating a manufacturing process, and a manufacturing method of the joint structure.SOLUTION: A joint structure 100 comprises: a first member 21; a second member 31 made of a material different from that of the first member 21; and separating means 51 provided between the first member 21 and the second member 31 to mutually separate the first member 21 and the second member 31.
