PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller of a battery pack capable of suppressing the problems due to adhesion of dew condensation to the metal terminal of a secondary battery in the battery pack housing the secondary battery and a cooler.SOLUTION: An air conditioning controller includes a cooling control unit performing normal cooling control in the battery pack by using a cooler, so that the temperature of the secondary battery becomes a target management temperature, a dehumidification control execution determination unit for determining whether or not the humidity in the battery pack goes above a predetermined start reference value, at the time of starting a vehicle, and a dehumidification control unit performing quench dehumidification control for causing dew condensation on the surface of the cooler, by operating the cooler at a cooling rate larger than that by normal cooling control, while stopping a fan for circulating the air in the battery pack, when the humidity goes above the start reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
