PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating sensor unit capable of suppressing erroneous detection even if an environment becomes high temperature.SOLUTION: A seating sensor unit 1 disposed on a pedestal 9 under a seat cushion SC of a seat, has a first electrode seat 10 including first electrodes 11a and 11b, and a second electrode seat 20 including second electrodes 21a and 2ab opposed to the first electrodes and positioned on the seat cushion side than the first electrodes. The seating sensor is equipped with a seating sensor 5 in which pressure sensitive switches 51a and 51b including the first electrodes and the second electrodes are positioned while keeping a space from the pedestal, and a part other than the pressure sensitive switches is fixed on the pedestal; and a spring member 7 which extends along the seating sensor from the periphery of the pressure sensitive switches in the seating sensor to a part fixed on the pedestal, and is warped with the seating sensor. The spring member supports a part of the seat cushion so as to hole the space between the pressure sensitive switches and the pedestal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
