PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to highly precisely detect an abnormality of a vehicle sensor without the necessity of a device, which acquires information, aside from the vehicle sensor.SOLUTION: A traffic control central system 1 that detects an abnormality of any of vehicle sensors 2 disposed over a road network includes a first traffic management unit 11 that acquires sensor information, which contains a measured numerical quantity, from each of the vehicle sensors, a statistical processing unit 23 that performs statistical processing on measured numerical quantities over each specified period and generates statistical information containing a statistical value of the measured numerical quantities, a map information production unit 24 that generates map information, which represents a distribution situation of statistical values of measured numerical quantities in an abnormal state, on the basis of the statistical value of the measured numerical quantities concerning a vehicle sensor that has already been recognized as an abnormal one by a user, and a sensor state discrimination unit 25 that discriminates an abnormality of a vehicle sensor on the basis of the measured numerical quantities of the vehicle sensor that is an object of discrimination and the map information in the abnormal state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両感知器以外に情報を収集する装置を必要とせず、かつ、車両感知器の異常を精度よく検知することができるようにする。【解決手段】道路網に複数設置された車両感知器2の異常を検知する交通管制中央装置1を、車両感知器から計測数量を含む感知器情報を収集する第1の交通管理部11と、計測数量に対して指定期間ごとの統計処理を行って、計測数量の統計値を含む統計情報を生成する統計処理部23と、ユーザにより既に異常と判断された車両感知器に関する計測数量の統計値に基づいて、異常状態における計測数量の統計値の分布状況を表すマップ情報を生成するマップ情報生成部24と、判定対象とする車両感知器の計測数量および異常状態におけるマップ情報に基づいて、車両感知器の異常を判定する感知器状態判定部25と、を備えたものとする。【選択図】図1
