PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that eases flexural stress exerted on a cable in a portion of an in-wheel motor drive device to which a cable is fixed.SOLUTION: A cable holding structure includes: an elastic member (23) having a through hole (23h) into which a cable (18) is inserted; and fixing parts (21, 22) which respectively have opening parts (21h, 22h) into which the cable is inserted, are provided at a vehicle body side member (19), and fasten the elastic member.
