PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of incapability of preventing deterioration in performance of a capacitor, in the conventional capacitor controller.SOLUTION: A capacitor controller includes: a capacitor 11 and secondary battery 21 that are connected in parallel to motors mounted on a vehicle; switches for switching connection relation between the motors 33, 34 and the capacitor 11 and secondary battery 21; a voltage sensor 15 for measuring a voltage of the capacitor; and a control unit 30 for controlling the switches, on the basis of a voltage measured by the voltage sensor 15 in a period in which the vehicle is in a stop state. The control unit 30 calculates a dark current of the capacitor 11 on the basis of the voltage measured by the voltage sensor 15; sets a dark current cancel period on the basis of the magnitude of the dark current, when the calculated dark current exceeds a preset threshold; and supplies current from the secondary battery 21 to the capacitor 11 in the dark current canceling period so that the capacitor 11's voltage is equal to or higher than a maintenance voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】従来のキャパシタ制御装置では、キャパシタの性能劣化を防止することが出来ない問題がある。【解決手段】本発明のキャパシタ制御装置は、車輌に搭載されたモータに並列に接続されたキャパシタ11と二次電池21と、モータ33、34とキャパシタ11と二次電池21との接続関係を切り替えるスイッチ群と、キャパシタの電圧を測定する電圧センサ15と、車輌が停止状態である期間に電圧センサ15が測定した電圧に基づき、スイッチ群を制御する制御部30と、を有し、制御部30は、電圧センサ15が測定した電圧に基づきキャパシタ11の暗電流を算出し、算出した暗電流が予め設定した閾値を超えた場合に、前電流の大きさに基づき暗電流キャンセル周期を設定し、キャパシタ11の電圧が維持電圧以上となるように暗電流キャンセル周期で二次電池21からキャパシタ11に電流を供給する。【選択図】図1
