PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superimposition composite interior component which suppresses a reaction in the vicinity of a die split line, and is small in a variation of a tactile sense.SOLUTION: Boundary protrusions 20b formed at both sides of a die split line L in one row are arranged zigzag in postures of being warped and deformed with respect to each other, whereby even if the boundary protrusions 20b are arranged in a position which is separated from the die split line L by prescribed dimensions g1, g2 for securing the rigidity of divided dies, the boundary protrusions 20b are warped and deformed so as to fill a blank portion in the vicinity of the die split line L as indicated in (b) when pressed by fingers and hands, irregular feelings caused by the lowering of a reaction in the vicinity of the die split line L are suppressed, and a further uniform tactile sense can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】型割り線付近の反力の低下を抑制して触感のばらつきが小さい重ね合わせ複合内装部品を提供する。【解決手段】型割り線Lの両側にそれぞれ一列で設けられた境界突起20bは、互いに相手側へ向かって撓み変形させられる姿勢で千鳥状に配置されているため、分割型の強度を確保するためにそれ等の境界突起20bを型割り線Lから所定寸法g1、g2だけ隔てた位置に設けた場合でも、指や手で押圧した際には、(b)に示すように型割り線L付近の空白部分を埋めるように境界突起20bが撓み変形させられ、型割り線L付近の反力の低下による凹凸感が抑制されて一層均一な触感が得られるようになる。【選択図】図4
