PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with clutch which is low-priced and can be made lightweight/small-sized, and an opening/closing device for an opening/closing body.SOLUTION: When a control plate 30 is disposed at a central position, both cylindrical output shafts 43 of first and second pinion drive mechanisms A and B are disposed at an upper-side height position and first and second pinions G1 and G2 are rotated in the same direction together. When the control plate 30 is rotated to a left rotation position, the cylindrical output shaft 43 of the first pinion drive mechanism A is disposed at the upper-side height position, the cylindrical output shaft 43 of the second pinion drive mechanism B is disposed at a lower-side height position, and only the first pinion G1 is rotated. When the control plate 30 is disposed at a right rotation position, the cylindrical output shaft 43 of the first pinion drive mechanism A is disposed at the lower-side height position, the cylindrical output shaft 43 of the second pinion drive mechanism B is disposed at the upper-side height position, and only the second pinion G2 is rotated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
