PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure which can perform transmission of torque smoothly between a drive shaft and a driven shaft, which can secure rotation synchronism between these drive shaft and driven shaft, and also, which can make a reaction force applied to the driven shaft substantially constant irrespective of the position regarding a rotation direction of the driven shaft, while suppressing increase in an axial direction dimension.SOLUTION: A tip part of an output shaft 8a of an electric motor 5a and a base end part of a worm 10a are coupled so as to transmit torque via a torque transmission coupler 17. The torque transmission coupler 17 comprises by combining a pair of transmission members 18a, 18b having the same shape and dimension, by reversing the direction regarding the shaft direction, in a state where phases regarding a circumferential direction are deviated a little. In the transmission members 18a, 18b, bellows parts 23a, 23b are provided in which mountain parts and valley parts are alternately continued in a radial intermediate part in a radial direction across the whole circumference, and at a plurality of places in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral edge part, engagement pieces 24a, 24b are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】駆動軸と被駆動軸との間でのトルクの伝達を円滑に行う事ができ、これら駆動軸と被駆動軸との回転同期性を確保でき、更に、この被駆動軸の回転方向に関する位置にかかわらず、この被駆動軸に加わる反力をほぼ一定にする事ができる構造を、軸方向寸法の増大を抑えつつ実現する。【解決手段】電動モータ5aの出力軸8aの先端部と前記ウォーム10aの基端部とが、トルク伝達用継手17を介してトルクの伝達を可能に結合される。トルク伝達用継手17は、互いに同じ形状及び寸法を有する1対の伝達部材18a、18bを、軸方向に関する向きを逆にして、円周方向に関する位相を僅かにずらした状態で組み合わせて成る。伝達部材18a、18bは、径方向中間部に、全周に亙って、径方向に山部と谷部とを交互に連続させた蛇腹部23a、23bが設けられ、外周縁部の円周方向複数箇所に、係合片24a、24bが設けられる。【選択図】図1
