PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative pressure abnormality detector and an internal combustion engine controller, and thereby detect deviation abnormality in a negative pressure sensor and avoid inconvenience accompanying execution of automatic stopping of an internal combustion engine when deviation abnormality has occurred in the negative pressure sensor.SOLUTION: The negative pressure abnormality detector includes: a negative pressure sensor for outputting a signal according to negative pressure that is generated using negative pressure generation means by utilizing rotation of an internal combustion engine and that is necessary for assisting depression operation of a brake pedal performed by a vehicle driver; negative pressure detection means for detecting negative pressure on the basis of the signal from the negative pressure sensor; and abnormality determination means for determining that the negative pressure sensor is in an abnormal state, when negative pressure detected by the negative pressure detection means falls outside a normal range in the vicinity of the atmospheric pressure, in a situation that negative pressure consumption operation consuming negative pressure relative to a brake pedal has been carried out a prescribed number of times or more, or for a prescribed time or longer, or in a situation that a total operation amount of the negative pressure consumption operation is a prescribed amount or more, during continuation of a stopped state of the internal combustion engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】本発明は、負圧異常検出装置及び内燃機関の制御装置に係り、負圧センサの偏差異常を検出すること、及び、負圧センサの偏差異常が生じているときに内燃機関の自動的な停止が実行されることに伴う不都合を回避することにある。【解決手段】負圧異常検出装置は、内燃機関の回転を利用して負圧生成手段により生成される、車両運転者によるブレーキペダルの踏み込み操作を補助するのに必要な負圧に応じた信号を出力する負圧センサと、その負圧センサからの信号に基づいて負圧を検出する負圧検出手段と、内燃機関の停止状態が継続している間に、ブレーキペダルに対して負圧を消費する負圧消費操作が所定回数以上若しくは所定時間以上行われた状況、又は、負圧消費操作の総操作量が所定量以上である状況において、負圧検出手段により検出される負圧が大気圧近傍の正常範囲を外れる場合に、負圧センサが異常状態にあると判定する異常判定手段と、を備える。【選択図】図3
