PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the inductance of a circuit and to reduce the current imbalance of a capacitor cell.SOLUTION: In a capacitor unit including a plurality of capacitor cells, one surface of the capacitor unit is provided with a first positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal and the other surface is provided with a second positive electrode terminal and a second negative electrode terminal which are different from the first terminals. By connecting the negative terminal of the capacitor cell to the second negative electrode terminal when the positive terminal of the capacitor cell is connected to the first positive electrode terminal, and by connecting the negative terminal of the capacitor cell to the first negative electrode terminal when the positive terminal of the capacitor cell is connected to the second positive electrode terminal, variations in the impedance of the wiring of each capacitor cell are reduced and the current imbalance of the capacitor cell is reduced. By arranging the electrodes of the adjacent capacitor cells so that they are different from each other, the inductance of the wiring in the capacitor unit is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】回路のインダクタンスの低減とキャパシタセルの電流アンバランスの低減【解決手段】複数のキャパシタセルを有するキャパシタユニットにおいて、キャパシタユニットの一面に第一の正極端子と第一の負極端子を設け、もう一面に第一の端子と異なる第二の正極端子と第二の負極端子を設ける。キャパシタセルの正端子を第一の正極端子に接続した場合にはキャパシタセルの負端子を第二の負極端子、キャパシタセルの正端子を第二の正極端子に接続した場合にはキャパシタセルの負端子を第一の負極端子に接続することで、各キャパシタセルの配線インピーダンスばらつきを低減し、キャパシタセルの電流アンバランスを低減する。また隣り合う前記キャパシタセルの極を異なるように配置することで、キャパシタユニット内の配線インダクタンスを低減する。【選択図】 図4
