PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving force control device capable of improving control accuracy in consideration of side slip caused by a lateral acceleration at a vehicle motion time, when a vehicle is turned at a high lateral acceleration.SOLUTION: A yaw rate correction amount Δγ is determined by a target yaw rate γ*operated on the basis of a steering angle δf and by an actual yaw rate γ operated on the basis of a lateral acceleration ay and vehicle speed V, and an auxiliary yaw moment Mz corresponding to the yaw rate correction amount is generated by a driving-force difference ΔT3 between right and left wheels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
