PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening core crash pad capable of preventing a reduction in quality caused by the transfer of a plasticizer to a foam tape, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The opening core crash pad includes a base material 1, a skin material 2 which abuts on the base material 1 to include a forming space, a foam layer 3 foam-formed by injecting foam liquid into the foaming space, and a foam tape 4 for preventing overflowing of the foam liquid. The base material 1 includes a projected part 11 formed to project in a part abutting on a tail end 25 inside the foam tape 4 to prevent adhesion between the foam liquid and the foam tape 4. The skin material 2 includes a weakened section 251 formed to fit in the part abutting on the projected part 11 to finish a seal of the foam layer 3, by easily removing the foam tape 4, the projected part 11 and the skin material 2 abut on each other to serve as a last foam seal, and the foam tape 4 is removed together with a partial skin material 2. Thus, floating of the foam tape 4 is prevented to improve quality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】フォームテープへの可塑剤の移転による品質の低下が防止できるオープンコアクラッシュパッド及びその製造方法をを提供する。【解決手段】基材1と、成形空間を含むように基材1に当接する表皮材2と、成形空間に発泡液を注入して発泡成形した発泡層3と、発泡液のあふれを防止するフォームテープ4と、を含み、基材1はフォームテープ4の内側で末端部25に当接する部分に突出形成された突起部11を含んで発泡液とフォームテープ4の接着を防止し、表皮材2は突起部11に当接する部分に嵌め込み形成された弱化区間251を含んで、発泡層3のシールを仕上げた後、フォームテープ4を容易に除去することで、突起部11と表皮材2が当接して最終の発泡シールの役割をし、フォームテープ4を一部の表皮材2と共に除去するため、フォームテープ4の浮き上がりがなく、品質が向上することを特徴とする。【選択図】図9
