PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge system capable of effectively utilizing power that power generation means generates, while preventing a voltage equal to or higher than a rating voltage from being applied to a storage battery of an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge system S1 comprises an EV power conditioner 122 for supplying AC power of a system power source E or a photovoltaic power generation system 10 to the storage battery of the electric vehicle or converting DC power of the storage battery into AC power and supplying the AC power to distribution boards 20 and 30. The photovoltaic power generation system 10 includes a PV power conditioner 12 for converting DC power generated by a photovoltaic power generation device 11 into AC power that is synchronized with the AC power of the system power source E, and outputting the AC power to the distribution board 30. The charge/discharge system also comprises a distortion detection circuit 300 for detecting a distortion voltage of a voltage waveform of the AC power outputted from the PV power conditioner 12 and on the basis of whether the distortion voltage detected by the distortion detection circuit 300 exceeds a threshold, a charging operation of the storage battery by the EV power conditioner 122 is controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】電気自動車の蓄電池に定格電圧以上の電圧が印加することなく、発電手段が発電した電力を有効利用可能な充放電システムを提供する。【解決手段】系統電源Eや太陽光発電システム10の交流電力を電気自動車の蓄電池へ供給したり、蓄電池の直流電力を交流電力に変換して分電盤20,30へ供給したりするEVパワーコンディショナ122を備え、太陽光発電システム10は、太陽光発電装置11によって発電された直流電力を系統電源Eの交流電圧に同期した交流電力に変換して分電盤30に出力するPVパワーコンディショナ12を有する充放電システムS1であって、PVパワーコンディショナ12から出力される交流電力の電圧波形の歪電圧を検出する歪検出回路300を設け、歪検出回路300が検出する歪電圧が閾値を越えたか否かに基づきEVパワーコンディショナ122による蓄電池の充電動作を制御する。【選択図】図2
