PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the rigidity of a side part without performing adhesion to a metal-made bracket by a post-process, and to facilitate recycling and disposal work, in a molded ceiling for a vehicle which is attached to the inside of a vehicle body of a vehicle body outer plate.SOLUTION: In a molded ceiling 10 for a vehicle, a fiber material 15 composed of a glass fiber or the like and a surface material 23 composed of a nonwoven fabric or the like are laminated on a single side of a base material 11 composed of an urethane foam, and a rear surface material 25 composed of a fiber material 17 which is composed of a glass fiber or the like and a nonwoven fabric or the like is laminated on the other side of the base material 11, and made to integrally adhere thereto. Reinforcing members 21 composed of urethane foams or the like are embedded into sides 10a, 10b of the molded ceiling 10 in a vehicle width direction along a fore-and-aft direction of the molded ceiling 10, and a thickness of the molded ceiling 10 is made larger than the other part in the embedded portions of the reinforcing members 21, thus enhancing rigidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車体外板の車内側に取り付けられる車両用成形天井において、後工程による金属製ブラケットの接着を行うことなく側部の剛性を高めることができ、かつリサイクルや廃棄作業が容易になるようにする。【解決手段】ウレタンフォームからなる基材11の片側に、ガラス繊維等からなる繊維材15と、不織布等からなる表面材23を積層し、基材11の他側にはガラス繊維等からなる繊維材17と不織布等からなる裏面材25を積層して接着一体にした車両用成形天井10において、成形天井10の車幅方向の側部10a、10bに、成形天井10の前後方向に沿ってウレタンフォーム等からなる補強部材21を埋設し、補強部材21の埋設部位で成形天井10の厚みを他部よりも大にして剛性を高めた。【選択図】図2
