PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discriminate an EV which is connected to a charge/discharge device.SOLUTION: A CS on-vehicle apparatus 2a notifies a CS server 3 of a vehicle return acceptance time T1 and a parking area E1 connected with a charge/discharge connector 4a when the charge/discharge connector 4a is connected to an EV 1a. An energy management system 10 accesses to the CS server 3 via the Internet N, acquires vehicle information D existing in the parking area E1 of the charge/discharge devices 4 to 6 which are connected to the energy management system 10, and discriminates the vehicle information D in which a difference between the vehicle return acceptance time T1 and an EV connection time T2 in the vehicle information D is within a prescribed range, or is minimum as the vehicle information D of the EV 1a which is connected to the charge/discharge device EV.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
