PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a conductive mesh used for a heating plate from being viewed and recognized, thereby, to prevent a failure such as reduction in transmittance of the heating plate or density unevenness caused by the conductive mesh being viewed and recognized.SOLUTION: A conductive mesh 50 includes conductive thin wires 51 that defines a number of opening regions 55. An average width of the conductive thin wires 51 is greater than or equal to 5 nm and less than or equal to 500 nm. An average interval between neighboring opening regions 55 is less than or equal to 1000 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
