PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel capable of coping with snow coverage or road surface freezing.SOLUTION: A slip is a phenomenon in which a tire 103 slips, and there is no hindrance to rotation of a tire wheel 101. Therefore, by a built-in tire wheel in which a slip prevention device 102 is provided on the tire wheel, expansion and shrinkage of the tire are used by adjusting air pressure of the tire 103, the air and expansion degree are adjusted to a position higher than that of the slip prevention device 102, during normal travel, so that a vehicle travels normally. When snow covers a road, or when the vehicle travels on an icy road, air in the tire is released so as to adjust the air and expansion degree to the position of the slip prevention device, the tire can surely capture a surface of a road covered with snow, or a surface of an icy road, and can travel. When the vehicle enters a normal road, air is put in the tire, tire height is increased for normal travel. The present invention is simple, can cope with surely, can cope with slip accidents of vehicles which have occurred, and prevent social and economical losses as possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
