PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both of suppression of noise vibration and reduction in power consumption.SOLUTION: A control unit sets the upper limit of drive voltage for a radiator fan on the basis of a velocity of a fuel cell mounting vehicle; calculates a heat quantity of a fuel cell from generation power of the fuel cell; and executes cooling control of adjusting a flow rate of a coolant pump, the drive voltage for the radiator fan, and a flow dividing ratio between a flow of coolant made to flow in a radiator and that of coolant made to flow in a bypass pipe bypassing the radiator, so that the heat quantity can be released and power consumed by the coolant pump and radiator fan becomes minimum under the upper limit of the drive voltage for the radiator fan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
