PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction efficiency on the sea, and to reduce a cost and a construction period by enabling work with scaffolding.SOLUTION: A marine work system of an undersea structure, includes: a skeleton frame manufacturing unit 4 which has a movable form 41 provided so as to move according to a cross-sectional shape of a skeleton frame 16 and change a posture, and manufactures the skeleton frame 16 by filling the movable form 41 with concrete; a finishing unit 5 which watertightly fits water pressure resistance plate 17 with a part surrounded by the skeleton frame 16 to form an outer shell portion 11; and a guiding guide 3 which guides both units 4 and 5 according to a work position of the outer shell portion 11. On the basis of a cross-sectional shape of the outer shell portion 11, both units 4 and 5 are moved to the work position of the outer shell portion 11 by the guiding guide 3. Concrete is installed in the movable form 41 by the skeleton manufacturing unit 4, and the water pressure resistance plate 17 is fitted with the part surrounded by the skeleton frame 16 by the finishing unit 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】海上での施工効率を向上させることができるうえ、無足場による施工を可能とすることでコストと工期の低減を図ることができる。【解決手段】躯体フレーム16の断面形状に合わせて移動可能、かつ姿勢変更可能に設けられた移動式型枠41を有し、移動式型枠41内にコンクリートを充填して躯体フレーム16を製造する躯体製造ユニット4と、躯体フレーム16によって囲まれる部分に耐水圧板17を水密な状態で嵌合させて外殻部11を形成する仕上げユニット5と、両ユニット4、5を外殻部11の施工位置に合せて案内する案内ガイド3と、を備え、外殻部11の断面形状に基づいて、案内ガイド3によって両ユニット4、5を外殻部11の施工位置に移動させ、躯体製造ユニット4で移動式型枠41内にコンクリートを打設し、仕上げユニット5で躯体フレーム16によって囲まれる部分に耐水圧板17を嵌合させるように制御する構成とした。【選択図】図3
