PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor device for a railway and a railway vehicle having the same, having a simple structure, and having the sufficient vibration control effect.SOLUTION: A compressor device 1 for a railway comprises a casing 10 provided under a floor of a railway vehicle, a plate 20 provided in the casing 10 and separately provided upward from a bottom surface 10B of the casing 10, a vibration control part 30 provided on the bottom surface 10B and supporting the plate 20 and a compressor 40 provided on the plate 20, and is constituted so that the relationship of (f1>f>f2) is established when defining a primary flexural natural frequency of the plate 20 in a state of installing the compressor 40 as (f1), a natural frequency in the vertical direction of a mass body composed of the plate 20, the vibration control part 30 and the compressor 40 as (f2) and an excitation frequency of the compressor 40 as (f).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】簡易な構造を有するとともに、十分な制振効果を有する鉄道用圧縮機装置、及びこれを備える鉄道用車両を提供する。【解決手段】鉄道用圧縮機装置1は、鉄道用車両の床下に設けられる筐体10と、該筐体10内に設けられて、該筐体10の底面10Bから上方に離間して設けられたプレート20と、前記底面10B上に設けられて、該プレート20を支持する防振部30と、前記プレート20上に設けられた圧縮機40と、を備え、前記圧縮機40が設置された状態における前記プレート20の一次曲げ固有振動数をf1、前記プレート20、前記防振部30及び前記圧縮機40からなる質量体の上下方向の固有振動数をf2、前記圧縮機40の起振周波数をfと定義した際に、f1>f>f2の関係が成立するように構成される。【選択図】図4
