PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive force control diagnosis apparatus capable of calculating drive force accurately so that a deviation of the drive force from target drive force falls within a permissible range, thus diagnosing the drive force correctly.SOLUTION: A drive force control diagnosis apparatus includes: output torque estimation means 15 for estimating output torque of an engine; torque variation calculation means 16 for calculating torque variation of the output torque on the basis of an operation state of an engine 1; variation-inclusive torque calculation means 17 for calculating variation-inclusive torque on the basis of the output torque and the torque variation; drive force calculation means 12 for calculating drive force of a vehicle on the basis of the variation-inclusive torque and a gear ratio of a transmission; and diagnosis means 11 for diagnosing the drive force of the vehicle on the basis of the drive force and target drive force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
