PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric parking brake control apparatus for contributing to compactification of an automobile console and to securing of an in-compartment space, and suppressing an erroneous operation of an electric parking brake switch.SOLUTION: If a brake pedal 30 is stepped on when a first operation is performed with an EPB switch 22, an EPB 52 is released. Further, if the brake pedal 30 is released, with the EPB 52 operated, when a second operation is performed with an EPB switch 22, On and Off of an automatic mode are switched over.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自動車のコンソールのコンパクト化と車内空間確保に寄与し、電動駐車ブレーキスイッチの誤操作を抑制する電動駐車ブレーキ制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】EPBスイッチ22で第1操作が実施された時に、ブレーキペダル30が踏下状態である場合に、EPB52を解除する。また、EPBスイッチ22で第2操作が実施された時に、ブレーキペダル30が開放状態で、且つ、EPB52が作動状態である場合には、自動モードのオンとオフとを切り換える。【選択図】図1
