PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar reinforcement structure of a vehicle which achieves low costs and weight reduction while securing strength and rigidity needed in a pillar member.SOLUTION: When a pillar reinforcement structure of a vehicle, which enables a crab shell structure to be adopted therein, is formed, a lap part 20d, which extends so as to overlap with a bulk head 13 (the other side) at least in a vehicle fore and aft direction, is formed in a door checker bracket 20 (one side). The lap part 20d is integrally coupled to the pillar member 2 with the bulk head 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
