PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a stagnating combustible gas from flowing in mutually following movement of a vehicle between a fixed oil supply facility and a hydrogen gas dispenser and to eliminate a fire cause.SOLUTION: In a hybrid station 10, a fixed oil supply facility 12 and a hydrogen gas dispenser 14 are arranged adjacently in one site. A gas injection device 50 of a stagnating combustible gas blocking facility is arranged at a place in which a vehicle passes between the fixed oil supply facility 12 and the hydrogen gas dispenser 14. A gas (pressured air in normal time, or nitrogen gas in fire) is injected toward a vehicle 1 passing from a road face side, thereby suppressing a stagnating combustible gas from flowing in to a movement destination in response to the movement of the vehicle 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
