PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring method which enables the simultaneous solution of the problem related to the sensing of a change in the operational condition occurring over a range not exceeding a threshold value and the problem related to the setting of a threshold value serving as the criterion for judging a change in condition and a monitoring apparatus using the monitoring method.SOLUTION: A monitoring method enables the quality judgment of an operational condition by extracting on-conversion data representing properties of the operational condition out of a railway switch to accumulate and learn normal operational conditions of the railway switch from the extracted on-conversion data, and by generating the learned data to prepare reference data from the learned data, thereby comparing on-conversion data extracted later with reference data to make the quality judgment of an operational condition. If there is no problem from a result of on-conversion data check or site check, the on-conversion data can be merged into the reference data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】閾値を超えない範囲で発生する動作状態変化の検知と、状態変化の判断基準となる閾値の設定とに関わる問題を同時に解決することができる監視方法およびその監視方法を用いる監視装置を提供する。【解決手段】監視方法は、転てつ機からその動作状態の特性を表す転換時データを抽出し、その抽出された転換時データから転てつ機の正常な動作状態を集積・学習して、その学習データを生成し、その学習データから基準データを作成し、その後に抽出される転換時データを基準データと比較して、動作状態の良否を判定するようにした。転換時データの確認や現地確認の結果、問題がなければ、その転換時データを基準データに繰り入れてもよい。【選択図】図2
